Property Rights

Vortal, Comércio Electrónico, Consultadoria e Multimédia, S.A. is the company which holds all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Vortal site, including the econstroi, vortalGOV, vortalHEALTH, vortalINDUSTRY, VORTALOFFICE&SUPPLIES and vortalENERGY&UTILITIES electronic marketplaces.

The entire content of the site is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Consequently, no reproduction, distribution or transfer of any property right or hyperlink is permitted without written authorisation from Vortal.
The user is in no way permitted to cite, commercialise, profit from, transfer or distribute any information or content from Vortal or its electronic marketplaces except for purposes authorised by law.

The Vortal, VortalGOV, econstroi, Guaranting, Pagamento Garantido and Supply Care brands are registered trademarks of Vortal, Comércio Electrónico Consultadoria e Multimédia, S.A.

Terms of Use and Responsibility Regarding Contents and Transactions

Vortal does not exercise any control or inspection over information provided at the e-commerce platform by its users or customers.
The user or customer expressly recognises that Vortal has no effective knowledge of the legality, veracity or accuracy of the information provided via the platform and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for this information.

Permission to use shall immediately cease if the user in any form uses the site or the information it contains for any purpose that runs counter to lawful order, ethical principles, this agreement, or for other purposes which may be considered harmful to the rights and interests of Vortal or third parties.

The user accepts that the available contents and services may be temporarily or permanently removed, or may be inaccessible at the Vortal site and platform due to technical problems or malfunctions, or reasons related to an adopted sales policy and accepts that he or she does not have any right to compensation for such occurrences.

The text regarding “Security and Confidentiality” is an integral part of this agreement. It shall be presumed that the user has full knowledge of it.

In the event of a legal dispute, Portuguese law shall apply to the expressed terms and conditions of use. The District Court of Lisbon shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

All that is not expressly regulated by law or provided for in this agreement shall subject to mandatory approval by Vortal. All questions should be sent to info@vortal.pt or to the following contacts. Vortal shall be responsible for responding within a period of 30 days.

Access and use of the site by the visitor shall be interpreted as acceptance of the expressed terms and conditions.
